Ubuntu 15.04下安装fenghuangscanner报错及解决方法

系统信息：Ubuntu 15.042.6.32-042stab116.2 #1 SMP Fri Jun 24 15:33:57 MSK 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

安装

pip install -r requirements.txt 

提示错误
